PRIVACY & YOUR DATA

Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026 · Android package: app.liveradiogo.app

This policy explains how Spina Giovanni Emanuele, the publisher of LiveRadio Go ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the app or this website. For privacy questions and requests, contact creo.app.app@gmail.com. No LiveRadio Go account is required.

At a glance

1. Information kept on your device

The native app stores your favorites, recently played stations, listening statistics, filters, language and other preferences locally. Cached station catalogs and images help the app work efficiently. We do not upload your local favorites or listening statistics to an account or analytics server.

2. Microphone and voice commands

Optional voice commands use the microphone to recognize the words "zapping" and "stop". Before first use, the app explains this access and asks you to enable it and grant Android microphone permission. While enabled, listening may continue in the background or with the screen off, including after "stop" stops station switching. A foreground notification and Android's microphone indicator show when access is active.

Recognition uses an offline model on the phone. Audio samples and recognition results are processed in memory, not saved as recordings or sent to us, an advertising provider or a speech-recognition server. Disable voice commands from the app or its notification, pause or stop radio playback, or revoke microphone permission in Android settings to stop listening. You can listen to radio without granting microphone access.

3. Skip speech

Skip speech analyzes the radio audio already being played, on your device, to distinguish speech from music. It does not use the microphone or upload audio for analysis. Temporary audio buffers are discarded after processing. Detection can make mistakes.

4. Online radio, live video and station searches

The app requests station information from Radio Browser and obtains audio, video and logos from broadcasters and their streaming or image hosting providers. Directory requests include your search text, selected country or genre, sorting and pagination settings. Streaming requests identify the station or video you choose.

These providers receive your IP address, request time, requested resource and technical connection information such as the app's user agent. They may keep their own operational logs under their own policies. They do not receive your microphone audio, local favorites list or local listening statistics from the native app. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into a station search. Broadcasters may include advertising in their programs.

5. Advertising and purchases in earlier releases

Earlier releases, including the AppCode Engine version 2.0.0, integrate Google AdMob and RevenueCat with Google Play Billing. The native Android version described in sections 1–3 does not integrate these advertising or billing SDKs.

In releases with AdMob, Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can be used to estimate approximate location), advertising or device identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Advertising consent choices are presented where required. Use any privacy choices offered in your installed version and Android's advertising settings to manage them.

In releases with purchases, Google Play handles payment. RevenueCat processes purchase history, purchase tokens or receipts, entitlement status and an app-specific customer identifier to validate and restore purchases and analyze purchase performance. We do not receive your payment card details. These services may retain purchase records to maintain entitlements and meet legal requirements.

Read the Google Privacy Policy, RevenueCat Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Data Processing Addendum for their respective roles and practices. This policy does not promise that an older installation has the same data behavior as the native app.

6. Permissions

The native app does not request access to your contacts, camera, precise location, messages or personal files.

7. This website and support requests

This website uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and sets no marketing cookies. The hosting server receives ordinary access and error logs, including IP address, time, page requested, browser user agent and response status, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Server logs rotate weekly, with four previous rotations normally retained (approximately five weeks including the current log). Relevant entries may be retained longer where necessary to investigate an incident or meet a legal obligation.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and resolve your request, retaining correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or microphone recordings.

8. Purposes, legal bases and recipients

We process information to provide the features you request, maintain purchases where applicable, respond to support requests, protect the service and comply with legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, the relevant bases are performance of the service you request, your consent for optional microphone access or advertising where required, legitimate interests in service security and support, and compliance with legal obligations.

Recipients are the radio directory, broadcasters and their delivery providers for the resources you request; hosting and email service providers acting for us; Google and RevenueCat where the installed release uses them; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your microphone audio, favorites or listening statistics. We do not use the native app's microphone for advertising or profiling.

Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where we transfer personal data to a processor outside the EEA, we rely on applicable safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Independent providers describe their own safeguards and retention in their policies.

9. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local app data remains on your phone until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Clearing app storage removes saved preferences, favorites and listening history on that installation. Microphone and radio-analysis buffers are not retained after processing. Provider-side connection or advertising records follow the relevant provider's retention rules; purchase records may be kept while needed to restore purchases or satisfy legal obligations.

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing, email creo.app.app@gmail.com with the subject "LiveRadio Go privacy request". Describe the request and installed app version if known. For purchase-related records, we may ask for a purchase reference or other information needed to locate and verify the record. We will not ask for your Google password or payment card details.

No account deletion flow is needed because LiveRadio Go does not create user accounts. This does not limit your right to request deletion of data we or our processors hold. We may retain records required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. You can withdraw optional permissions in Android settings and complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

10. Children

LiveRadio Go is a general radio player and is not directed to children under 13. Radio and live-video programming is supplied by independent broadcasters and can include material unsuitable for children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

11. Security

We limit access to information and use HTTPS for this website, directory requests and services that support it. Some third-party radio streams or images still use HTTP, which is not encrypted in transit. We therefore do not claim that every third-party streaming connection is encrypted. No online service or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy when app features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes requiring a new choice will be presented in the app where appropriate.
